Each recording is approximately 25 minutes in length has 4 components:
1. Crystals that are intuited to support you in the next phase of your journey and their meanings
2. Guided Meditation to prepare you for your Special Message from the Light
3. Special Message from The Light – A direct Message from The Light – channeled with the highest and best intentions. A Message filled with Divine Love and guidance, with seeds of wisdom that go deeper into the cells each time you listen.
4. Enlightened music – Usually two songs that have been chosen for you as a “prescription” for your mind, body, and soul. These songs support the special message and have healing frequencies that also aid in shifts of alignment. The songs are chosen from a list of original songs I wrote.
The personal Messages from The Light are like beams of light that uplift your heart and soul. The special Message that is channeled within the recording is a gift that speaks directly to you, and reminds you that there is a Presence in your life that loves you unconditionally. There is no judgement – only a grace of profound and perfect love. The intention of each Message is whatever is best for you, at this time in your path of life.

Great care is given to each personal message that is created. Your first and last name is all that is needed, and the embodied experience of hearing exactly what your heart needs to hear at this time is profound – feeling the Divine reaching out and saying, “Yes, I see you, Yes, I hear you. Yes, I Am here and I love you beyond anything you can imagine.”
The Personal Message Recording will be sent to your email with instructions on how to download it. Once you have it, you can listen to it as many times as you wish, in the privacy of your own space.
